The firm’s Arbitration and Conflict Resolution department complements its litigation department. As companies increasingly favour arbitration over traditional litigation as a form of dispute resolution, the importance of skilled, capable attorneys in this field has grown exponentially in recent years. The firm’s attorneys have significant experience managing arbitration proceedings and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) matters in arbitration courts and other ADR forums around the world.

The department represents businesspersons, private corporations, public institutions, governmental entities, foreign diplomatic delegations, and other clients in arbitration and mediation matters. Significant parts of the department's activities are international in nature and are overseen by Adv. Gideon Fisher, who served as Israel’s representative to the International Arbitration Institution of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce). The team also includes Dr. Eliyahu Winograd, retired Supreme Court Justice and former Head of the Tel Aviv District Court, who serves as an arbitrator in many complex arbitration proceedings valued at billions of NIS.
