Adv. Lior Datz

Attorney Lior Datz is also an architect and is regarded as one of the leading experts in Israel in the fields of planning and construction law, as well as regulation. This expertise is based on his academic background in various fields and extensive experience, including his tenure as a member of the National Council for Planning and Building (2002-2004) and his service in other public bodies.

Lior specializes in managing large-scale planning programs, providing advisory services to public entities, developers, and private clients, as well as in managing administrative litigation, petitions to the Supreme Court, and planning and construction proceedings before planning authorities, appeal committees, and courts.
