Gideon Fisher & Co.'s Commercial Department offers extensive expertise in advising and representing non-governmental organisations (NGOs), non-profits (NPOs), and public benefit corporations (PBCs). Our attorneys provide end-to-end support, from inception to full operational management. Services include obtaining Section 46A Income Tax Ordinance approval, participating in management committees and assemblies, and liaising with the NPO Registrar.
