Advocate Ron Shmuel is an attorney in our firm’s Municipal Department and a seasoned litigator with extensive expertise in municipal taxation, commercial and civil litigation, and the representation of statutory corporations.
Advocate Shmuel has substantial experience representing local authorities and corporations in disputes with residents, as well as in matters involving contracts and commercial engagements.
Throughout his professional career, Advocate Shmuel has represented local authorities, government corporations, and economic development companies in numerous complex litigation cases. Through these cases, he has developed specialization in local government law, municipal taxation (such as property tax and municipal fees), contractual and commercial matters, as well as administrative and legal collection on behalf of authorities.
Advocate Samuel also focuses on complex cases where controlling shareholders are held responsible for unpaid municipal taxes and handles difficult debt collection in bankruptcy cases.
In his role at the firm, Advocate Samuel provides ongoing legal counsel to local authorities, municipal corporations, and government companies, guiding them through various legal proceedings.
Advocate Shmuel represents clients in all judicial instances, including the Magistrate Court, District Court, and Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings and before appeals committees.
Previously, Advocate Shmuel completed his internship at Haim Zadok & Co. in the commercial department, where he assisted in representing numerous clients in insolvency and complex litigation cases.
